Data Subject Rights (ARCO) and data protection
At DM Nexus we handle your personal data responsibly. These are your rights and how to exercise them.
Your rights
- Access: know what data of yours we hold and how we use it.
- Rectification: correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Cancellation: ask us to delete your data when it is no longer needed, unless the law requires us to keep it.
- Objection: object to the use of your data for certain purposes.
- Withdrawal of consent and limitation of use or disclosure of your information.
How to submit your request
Send your request to [CONFIRMAR CORREO PARA DERECHOS ARCO] or deliver it at our address (Revolución esq. Callejón La Paz #7, Barrio Sta. Cruz Tecoxco, C.P. 74440, Izúcar de Matamoros, Puebla, México), including:
- Your name and a way to reply to you (email or phone).
- A copy of a valid official ID (or, if acting on someone’s behalf, the document proving your representation).
- A clear description of the data concerned and the right you wish to exercise.
- Any element that helps us locate your data. For rectification, state the correction and attach the supporting document.
Deadlines
We will reply within 20 business days of receiving your complete request. If it is granted, we will carry it out within the following 15 business days. These deadlines may be extended once for an equal period when justified, and we will let you know.
How we protect your data
- We ask only for the data needed to handle your request.
- We record the date and version of the privacy notice you accept when you submit a form.
- The site uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS).
- The system where your requests and emails are stored is accessible only to authorized, password-protected staff.
- We do not sell or rent your personal data.
